All orders dispatched from Shoesandfriends.com in Europe are carried out by GLS.
Orders from EU countries (except Denmark):
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
Delivery cost : 15 Euro
Orders from non-EU countries
Customers from non-EU countries shop excl. VAT. The danish VAT 25% and will be deducted from your order amount after you have chosen delivery country in the checkoutflow.

We endeavor at Shoesandfriends.com to deliver your order as fast as possible; all orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
Shoesandfriends.com are not liable for eventual delays at GLS.
In the event of a long delay (many days) or your order not being delivered at all then Shoesandfriends.com will dispatch a new order without extra cost to you.
Deliveries to most of the EU countries and countries outside the EU are sent by GLS or their partners and can take up to 7 days to deliver.
